Kristopher Lancaster is an Associate at DeepWork Capital and supports the firm in deal sourcing, due diligence, fund operations, and more. Prior to DeepWork, Kristopher worked in Wealth Management at Equitable advisors in New York City, where he was in the top 10% of first-year advisors and executed one of the largest insurance policies in branch history.

Kristopher completed his undergraduate studies magna cum laude at High Point University and received his MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business in 2022.

Outside work, Kristopher enjoys fishing, snowboarding, playing pickleball, and is currently striving for a sub-80 round of golf.
