Mona Patel is the Director of Platform Success at DeepWork Capital, where she leads the firm’s internal operating infrastructure across investment closings, portfolio engagement, platform initiatives, marketing, and firmwide communications. Working closely with the partners and investment team, Mona drives the systems, workflows, and strategic initiatives that support deal execution, post-investment portfolio needs, founder engagement, and stronger connectivity across DeepWork’s venture network.

Mona’s career reflects a commitment to operational excellence, process optimization, risk mitigation, and building scalable systems for mission-driven organizations. Prior to DeepWork, Mona served as an Executive Director, where she developed experience in organizational leadership, compliance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.

In her spare time, Mona enjoys to-do lists, pilates, spending time with family and baking.
