Mona Patel leads Platform Success & Operations at DeepWork Capital, where she manages the firm’s internal operating infrastructure across investment closings, portfolio engagement, platform initiatives, marketing, and firmwide communications. Working closely with the partners and investment team, Mona helps drive the systems, workflows, and strategic initiatives that support deal execution, post-investment portfolio needs, founder engagement, and stronger connectivity across DeepWork’s venture network.

Mona’s career reflects a commitment to operational excellence, process optimization, risk mitigation, and building scalable systems for mission-driven organizations. Prior to DeepWork, Mona attended FIU for a B.A. in Political Science and served as an Executive Director, where she developed experience in organizational leadership, compliance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.

In her spare time, Mona enjoys baking, dancing, and board games.
