TJ Fleming

Associate

TJ Fleming is an Associate at DeepWork Capital and supports the firm in deal sourcing, due diligence, executing investments, and portfolio management.

Prior to DeepWork, TJ was a founding employee of an early-stage venture capital firm, Hamilton Ventures, where he led diligence and deal execution efforts. TJ brings a diverse set of operating experience to early-stage investing. Before becoming a venture investor TJ spent two years in commercial real estate asset management and seven years as the founding winemaker of Rocklands Farm Winery in Poolesville, MD.

TJ completed his undergraduate degree at Furman University with a B.S. in Environmental Science. He received his MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

In his free time, TJ enjoys going on adventures with his wife and two young children, gardening, full-body workouts, and drinking great wine.
